Locals observed substantial frozen pellets reaching sizes of seven centimeters in some areas. The Bureau of Meteorology announced that various areas across the state had been impacted by significant hail.

Rescue organizations handled 598 requests for assistance across the region, primarily for building damage but also for downed trees and inundation.
